BULATON was incorporated in 2021 under the Companies Act of Ghana, 2019 (Act 992) to operate as a Limited Liability Company and has since become an influential corporate entity in the relevant sectors of the Ghanaian economy with myriad of strengths and one of the most remarkable of its strengths lies in its quality human resources in the governance and management teams; associates, administrative, technical and project staff.
We have a fully constituted and functional five (5) member Board of Directors, which is headed by an Executive Chairman. The Board provides governance and strategic advisory support for the company.
The Management Team includes the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and four (4) Supporting Directors, who are heads of the key Departments. The Team’s expertise cuts across key sectors and multi-disciplinary interventions and assignment such as Agriculture, Agribusiness and Value Chain Development; Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH); Environmental Management, Resource Development and Sustainable Development; Education, Health and some other Social interventions; Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) with emphasis on Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), gender and other vulnerable groups; Corporate Restructuring and Organisational Development, Project Development, Planning and Management; Policy Development and Formulation for the Public Sector, Private Sector and Non-Governmental Organisations/Civil Society Organisations (NGOs/CSOs).
