BULATON Business Centre was incorporated in February 2021 under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) to operate with limited liability to its members and has since become an influential corporate entity in key sectors of the Ghanaian corporate space. It emerged as a result of the combined creativity of our founding leaders and a response to critical challenges in the business and development environment in Ghana, Africa and other developing and transition economies. The pathway to our formation can be traced from an informal consortium of experts and in partnership with the African Centre for Enterprise Development (ACED) since 2011, into now, a single established indigenous Ghanaian company. BULATON is primarily a Business-to-Business (B2B) or “Organisation-to-Organisation” (O2O) entity operating from Ghana and providing multi-disciplinary services across the nation and some African countries with a range of foreign organisations, agencies, groups and individuals. As a company, poised to Build and Grow, we are on a never-ending path of creating value for our partners and clients by exploring and exploiting latent and emerging opportunities in providing efficient and creative solutions in the delivering of our products and services.
